My name is Brian Iregbu. I’m from Beaumont Texas. Right now, I work in operations and shift work. Used to be a high school science teacher for four years. I was kind of searching for answers. I always kind of been brought back to real estate for some odd reason. Just always hear about it and now watching videos, kept coming across a lot of people like mentors and stuff or people selling on YouTube and came across Phil. I bought a couple of rental properties, you know traditional, just to have some money saved up but nothing like what I’ve been taught about, what he taught me, yeah.

I guess it’s one of those things where you don’t know what you don’t know. I thought I knew a lot, because I had done a couple of things that friends haven’t done but the biggest thing I think is just getting my head right. He really kind of holds your hand and makes sure you get your head right and for the longest, I found that my results wasn’t coming from what I wasn’t applying but just my mindset.
So I think that’s the biggest difference. You could really get in your head and tell yourself a lot of things that aren’t true when you’re doing it, when you by yourself. Feeding off other people’s energy, other people’s successes, you really see how real it is. I mean some big checks being cashed. I mean all of these, this is no bologna. Recently, I just closed a couple deals, went for about $8,000, another one for $5,000. I know I probably missed out on a lot more from that one reason not having a Mentor earlier.
So I say explore your mind. I mean just explore your mindset and just work on that. Kind of concentrate on that and if you could make that small tweak and just the mindset, everything will just start flowing like water. I mean that one little twist in perspective and how you thinking and looking at things, it’s going to turn everything around.
Phil is the real deal. You can go on YouTube, I mean this the information age. You can go on YouTube and spend hours and hours and days finding gurus or how-to’s, like do this and do that and make money in real estate. But I don’t know what it is, certain people good at reading people. I mean, Phil, just the energy and he genuine, he’s real. So I mean, whatever you’re into, if you’re interested in real estate, possibly, I mean check to see if he has any availability to get in his program.
