#99: I Recently Closed My First Deal With The Team. We Made Some Money. I’m Looking Forward To My Next Deal.

Hello, potential real estate investors. My name is Josh. I’ve been working with Phil and the team there at Freedom Mentor for about six months now. My professional life: I work a desk job for a major corporation about 50 miles from my house, so that makes things a little difficult with all the time taken up at work and with commute and everything. I recently closed my first deal with the team. It was a difficult road, but we made it through with a little help from Phil and all the coaches. The situation: the folks that own the house are moving out of state and they had some tenants in place that they didn’t want to have to deal with anymore. It took a little bit of back and forth, but finally we found an investor buyer that was able to come in and take over the property, and we made some money, so that’s great. I’m looking forward to my next deal.
