#92: Does The Program Work? Yes. So Very, Very Impressed With The Success That This Program Has Afforded Us. Go Ahead, Make the Plunge!

Hey everybody. My name is Justin, and I am a student at Freedom Mentor. Very excited to be a part of this program. Very happy that we found Freedom Mentor or Freedom Mentor found us. Before getting involved with Freedom Mentor, I didn’t actually have any background in real estate investing. I had worked in tech support, computers, work now for a local bank, and we have, me and my wife had, one real estate property before this. It was something that we didn’t purchase as a real estate property, it just turned into one.

Does the program work? Yes. It’s going to work if you work it. Right now, I’m traveling to a house that we own that we’re rehabbing, and we’re about to put it on the market. I think that we’re going to be able to make between $40,000 and $50,000 net, and that’s after deal split so that’s going to be going into our pockets. Fantastic. I can’t believe that that’s actually about to happen, so very, very impressed with the success that this program has afforded us. Getting into the program was … I knew it was going to be a challenge, because there’s an initial cost. I just basically asked my wife, “Hey, baby, if we can make a quarter of a million dollars over the next few years, what would you invest to do that?” I waited for her answer.

Luckily, it was much, much higher than what it’s going to cost to get involved with Freedom Mentors. If you’re on the fence, I say go for it. Don’t worry about it. Just commit, do the work, go through the numbers like they tell you to, and just do everything they tell you to, and this thing’ll work out for you too.
