#90: I’m So Excited About The Program. Super Glad I Partnered With Them. Just Under $25,000 Came In.

Hey. What’s up, everybody? This is Zach coming to you from Texas. I’m making this video because I just closed my first real estate deal, so I am super excited about that. Just a little bit about me. I have a background in finance. I’m a recent college grad working as a para-planner at a financial planning firm, so I’m working full time trying to get my foot in the door into the real estate world. I didn’t really know how to do that other than maybe reading books and watching YouTube which is how I found Freedom Mentor actually. I’m super glad that I partnered with them. Soon after joining the program, you get into it and you start following up on leads and doing that kind of stuff. Before I knew it, I had my first deal under contract.

Then it closed and the money hit my account, and just under $25,000 came in which is huge for me as a recently college grad. That’s a lot of money for me. Man, I just can’t believe it. I’m so excited about the program and wanting to finish it out. If anyone’s listening to this, I didn’t know anything about real estate coming into it even though my background was in finance. This is not only my first deal, but my first home purchase or any type of anything outside of college life. I promise, if I can do it, that you can do it.
