#75: I Am So Glad To Know That I Have Discovered This Program. I’m Grateful To The Program And The Coaches. Without All The People I Have Worked With And The Support From The Coaches, I Couldn’t Have Done My Deal With A Profit.

Hi, my name is Wyatt. I just closed my first deal last month with a profit, so now I am very grateful for the program and coaches. It almost took me six months from finding the deal to finally sold my properties. I do not know, it is closing first deal is as much difficult as what I experienced. However, it was challenging for me to deal with a difficult sir who I had to evict eventually, and dealing with not serious investor buyers. I lost some time also finding the contractor to work with for rehab on my properties. However, each obstacle I have encountered along the way closing my deal, there always be coaches to consult with and gave me guidance for what to do next. Without support from the coaches I could’ve lost my way and then couldn’t made it to the end. I am very grateful for the program and the support from the coaches.

When I started joining the program, I had a difficulty convincing my family that I want to get into the real estate investing business by joining Phil’s program. I had a doubt myself if I want to, if it would work for me. However, after closing my first deal with a profit, now I know what I’ve learned from the program is actually exist.
