#71: I Can’t Thank Them Enough, And Recommend Them Enough. If Anybody’s Looking To Get Into This Business, I Would Highly Recommend Them.

Hi. My name’s TJ and I just closed on my first deal. It was a half duplex, located just outside of Madison, Wisconsin. We closed on it without ever using any of our own money, or any of my own money. I had a closing in the morning with the old seller, and then, a closing with the new buyer in the afternoon, and made a pretty good chunk of change for my first deal, with the help of Phil and Tom. I can’t thank them enough for everything they did along the way. Any time I had a question, I know they were there to answer it. I know even right up at the end, Phil was nice enough … He actually called me on my phone a couple times, not even during coaching calls, just to make sure everything was going good. They just followed through and made sure everything ran smooth all the way to the closing. I can’t thank them enough, and recommend them enough.
