My name is Ron. I am from Northern Illinois and I’ve been in the program a couple of years.

Before I joined the program, I was spending a lot of money on different programs and setting up business to deal with real estate, and I found that I was spending a lot of money and not getting a lot done. The biggest difference in my life since I joined the program is I’m more comfortable with being involved in doing real estate investing. I am more confident because I have people that support me, that care about me, where I wasn’t getting that before. I can see my life just doing more things with my wife as far as vacations and also supporting our family, our family members, daughters, grand kids, and people that I care about. Just like in the church where I can help people. I would say it’s well worth the time and money that it takes to get there and it’s not really that much money, but the value of it is huge.

They’re the real deal, they know what they’re doing, and they care about us. They really are concerned with our success.

I liked the seminar. I was here last year, and it was a lot of good information but this is even upper level, higher level, learn a little more, dig a little deeper, understand a little more. It helps make more sense of a lot of the techniques and the different ways to invest in real estate. It’s making more sense and coming together better.

They’ve helped me in a lot of way like doing private lending. They’ve helped teach me what to look for and how to look out for myself and my interests and coached me through some questions that I had about property values and things. I’ve done some private lending so they’ve been very helpful in actually initiating some of those deals, so that’s good. I’m trying to dig deeper now into wholesaling and that, and I really feel like I’m learning a lot about how to do that and I’m more comfortable with it.
