Hey this is Paddy I’m at the 2012 Real Estate Success Summit here in Orlando. It’s been a great educational experience. We have learned so much about rent owned, lease purchase options, how to handle deals. We’re really getting into the nitty gritty on how to get more in real estate investment deals and it’s been a great education. The coaches are so enthusiastic and so helpful and knowledgeable and my experience getting into this was talk to the coaches, found out it was a great opportunity. Gave it my trust and faith, decided to jump in and it’s worked out great. I’ve already got two deals signed up for a short sale and I expect to be doing more so very appreciative. This is great.
