#51: I Would Never Want To Compare It To Anything Else Because Any Of The Other Programs Don’t Stand A Chance In My Book Because These Guys Know The Ins And Outs Of Everything, Everything To Do With Property And Real Estate And More.

You guys are probably watching this video and wondering what Freedom Mentor is like, and I just want to let you guys know for all of your doubts that you may have in Phil and his team, all of those doubts will completely be gone as soon as you join the program because you’ll know you’re working with highly intelligent investors. I joined the program March of 2015. I closed on two properties with no real estate background whatsoever, literally none whatsoever. I decided to join the program just because I was interested in real estate, and I wanted to learn more about what I can do in my own marketplace, which here in my beautiful neck of the woods which is ski country it gives us more time to play outdoors, get a little bit more freedom.

I can’t thank them enough. I’m very blessed for being able to work with them. They’re not a one trick pony, by all means. I don’t want to summarize because I went through a tremendous amount to get them to close. They’re very, very, very knowledgeable every step of the way and helping guide. I would have never been able to accomplish even just the beginning of it. I wouldn’t even know where to start. These guys are very knowledgeable. They know what they’re talking about. I’ve never entered any other course or any other program, so I don’t know what to compare it to, but I can tell you one thing. I would never want to compare it to anything else because any of the other programs don’t stand a chance in my book because these guys know the ins and outs of everything, everything to do with property and real estate and more as far as your personal life, your needs.

It’ll just carry out into your life. As far as my net profit, we netted a little over $41,000, and that’s literally in a matter of four months after joining the program, closed on two properties back to back. This is net profit. We’re talking about repair costs, after commission, after all of the miscellaneous stuff. We’re talking about net profit. That’s real money. Good luck to you guys.
