Travis here. I just finished my first creative real estate deal I’ve ever done. In the past I’ve just done it the traditional way, and I got to tell you this is great. You don’t have to qualify for a bank loan. Just took the property subject to the existing mortgage, deeded into my name, and I got some people in there rent-to-own, tenant buyers for $3,000 down and 900 a month.
