JP: It’s been very enlightening to see the, a lot of things are sometimes, the appearances is it’s impossible to do. You can go and help people to help in their real estate situation and other people that have a different situation that you can also help. It’s been very enlightening. It’s great and in the process we’re going to be able to make some money.
