This is Abel, I’m actually a full time student at college and the reason I started real estate was to become financially independent. When I first started I was actually 18 years old and I actually just closed my first deal and I’m really excited about it. I’m really excited because there are many more to close and this current one that I just closed was actually a $50,000 profit, so that was great.
