Hi, my name is Chris. I’m a home organizer and a carpet cleaner in upstate New York. And I joined Phil’s Apprenticeship Program because I wanted to move out of my parents’ house and hopefully start a family someday. And I’d like to be financially free. I just want to tell you about my first deal that I just closed. I’m walking away with $35,000 in profit, splitting that with Phil 50/50 and I’m very pleased.
I could tell he wanted to sell fast. He was in town for five days trying to help his mom move. His mom’s older, and he just needed to get this house sold as quickly as possible. That was his priority. I probably could have offered even less because they were very pleased with my offer of $97,000. And as soon as I got it on the contract, I put it on the market for 130. Got a buyer for 130. I got maybe six offers. I was able to get that buyer to come up by 5,000, which was great, so we closed just two days ago at 135. And the money has finally hit my account. It’s no longer pending and it feels real. So I’ve got another $17,000 in my account and I split 35,000 with Phil and yeah, I’m just absolutely thrilled. Looking forward to many more deals.
