Hi, my name is Scott. I’m a form carpenter, I do construction work, and I work about 50 something hours a week. I’ve always wanted to be a real estate investor, and I found Phil’s videos on YouTube. I watched them for a while and I knew enough about real estate to know basically how things work in general, but I never knew really the ins and outs of what it took to be an investor and what kind of problems that I might run into along the way and not know the answer to, and be stuck at certain points, not knowing what to do. So, I joined Phil’s program, and to let you know, I just closed a deal. It took about a month and a half to do, and I did it while working over 50 hours a week at my job, and I did not even have to take ownership of the property.
I got it sold and it sold for, and I made a profit of right at $14,000. And it really was fairly simple with having the coaches to talk to any day of the week, really, that I needed to jump on one of their coaching calls. All their coaches are very experienced, successful real estate investors in their perspective markets, and I’m really happy with it. I have got things rolling along and I should be able to quit my job, but here within several, yeah, it should, I would probably have several months left. But the ball is rolling now and it’s picking up speed and I’m ready to get my next one under contract and closed. Thank you for listening.
SECOND REVIEW
My name is Scott, and I live in Louisiana. I’ve wanted to be a real estate investor since I was about 14 years old. My dad was in construction work. And because of his job, we had to move around. About once every three years or so, we’d have to pick up and move to another city. I pretty much hated that as a child when I’d make good friends, and then I would end up having to pick my life up, uproot, and start all over again and make new friends, and doing that over and over again.
When I was about 14 years old, I would start watching infomercials on TV late at night on the weekends or in the summertime. I even purchased my first real estate course when I was 14. I believe I asked for it for Christmas. The thing was, I didn’t want to be moved around by another company and not have that freedom to be where I wanted to be at. And I’ve always wanted to be a real estate investor. After I purchased that course, it left me not knowing all the details that I would need to know as far as getting deals completed, working with the title company all the nuances that come up in each and every deal.
Oddly enough, I ended up starting to do construction work like my father did because I figured that it would help to have some money to get started. And for several years, I’ve gone to school to get my real estate license, not for the license, but actually just to try to learn. I’ve gone to school to be a home inspector. And I’ve purchased several other courses on real estate, and all of them left me sitting there wondering, “What am I going to do when certain situations arise? There’s so many different little nuances that come up with every deal.”
Well, I made up my mind a few years ago that I was going to do whatever it took to become a real estate investor. Well, shortly after that, by the grace of God, I found Phil’s videos on YouTube, and I started watching them. I knew enough about real estate to be able to tell that he was the real deal. What he said made sense. It made sense, and that meant everything to me. What sold me on the program actually is the fact that I saw that you share in the profits when you’re doing deals with them. And you’re able to talk to the coaches, that are also successful real estate investors, any day of the week, and knowing that they shared in the profits showed me that there was their reason for them to want me to succeed.
So, I was sold at that point. I joined the program, and right now, I’ve just completed my fourth deal, and it has made a little over $80,000. So there’s no turning back now. I’m on the way to where I want to be at in life, and thanks to Freedom Mentor, I’m getting there. The speed is picking up more and more. I have a couple more deals under contract now. Anyway, if you have any questions about this program being what it’s meant to be, it definitely is. You can talk to someone any day of the week while you’re going through deals. To be able to ask them the smallest of questions can in real estate oftentimes mean thousands and thousands of dollars, and it is so well worth it. Thank you for your time. Bye.
