Recently, we closed a deal. It’s a small one. Kind of interesting. I want to share something. This deal took me almost four months. It’s a small deal. Initially, I think maybe we just break even, make a
$2,000 profit. And buyer back out. I feel sad, frustrated, and emotional. But I’m not the easy-give-up person. And this deal prove that.
I keep pushing, find another buyer. Unfortunately, that buyer backs out again. I really feel, “Oh, it’s not working. Why? Did I do something wrong?” Talk to Phil and different coaches. They calm me down, teach me how to overcome the obstacles. So, I did. I found another buyer. And this one is two buyer. And we close the deal. At the end of the day, we make a $10,000 gross profit. After everything, probably, yeah, $8,000 net profit. I know it’s not a home run deal, but still, we’re making money. Not every deal is home run.
But this deal make me proud of myself. I’m fully capable. I learned a lot. Eventually, I will graduate. I will be on my own, totally on my own. Phil has another program, commercial. So, yes, I will go that route.
But, as right now, in the beginning, you may be a baby, need somebody hold your hand, help you to walk, but eventually you will grow up, mature, so you got to walk by yourself. And I really learn a lot from this deal. That’s why make me proud myself. Yeah. I’m capable. I can make money. I’m not easy to give up. Getting more confident for myself, and also for Phil and this program.
