My name is Dave. I’m located here in Delaware. I’ve been in the program for roughly two years now. I just closed a deal. The net profit to me after splitting with Phil and paying all my expenses was about $47,000. Okay. Very limited amount of rehab needed. I had to build up to that point.
This was not necessarily a beginner’s deal, but there’s probably not many other people doing the type of deals we’re doing in my market and many other markets. So what I do full time is this, I’m a real estate investor, a business owner. I operate some other businesses. I joined this program because I’ve previously worked in a field… I worked in the maritime industry, I was away from home a lot, and I was learning about real estate and finance when I was out working on the water. I figured out it would allow me to do what I’m passionate about, which is to hunt, fish, go outside. I love to be outside, I live on a farm.
I realized that I had to do something to make that change, and that change was to take the money I’d saved up, invest it in Phil’s program and go pretty much full time. So I wouldn’t recommend that for everybody, and I definitely had to overcome some things, but like I said, that’s what I do, that’s why I joined. The deal breakdown, like I said, is pretty simple. We basically bought a house that was worth $250,000 the day I bought it. I bought it for $170,000. I put a little bit of money into it and I ended up selling it for around $355,000. So if you’re interested in deals like this, I would highly recommend Phil and his team. I kind of have my own coach, Brian Bush. I’ve been working with him for the last year and it’s definitely a game changer.
