Hi. This is Keenan from Texas. Currently, I work as a fraud analyst for a bank. The way I discovered this program was I was looking on YouTube and I was looking up how to invest with no money down or less money any way possible, and I came across the Freedom Mentor program. I learned a lot through Phil’s first video of how to invest with no money down, three different strategies. And from there, I could tell it was a good, honest, and great program and people that was very ambitious. I knew it would be a good fit for me.
So far during this program, I have closed three deals. I have a made a total of approximately $9000, and that’s just on the low end. I expect to do more deals and finally starts to achieve those high end deals, those high end numbers. What I’ve learned recently from my upcoming deal… Last deal I had, I had an interesting challenge. Pretty much, I had a scenario where there was a squatter in the house. It was a kind of inherited house or somebody was trying to, I guess, inherit the house. The squatter’s been living there for quite some time. The tricky part about it is it was out of my location, haven’t been to the address. It’s probably about three hours away from me. I stuck it on the MLS, and I had it there for some probably about almost a month and a half. I was getting in a situation where I may would’ve needed a lawyer to find out how could I’ve done the eviction.
But the whole point is, is I didn’t do no money down in this deal. I stuck it out and I learned through that last deal that there’s always a buyer out there. You just got to be patient, communicate with people, always be honest upfront of what the scenario is, and you’ll have that buyer that’s ready to take on the challenge.
But yeah. Thank you all for accepting me in this program. It’s been a great program. For anybody that’s not in it, definitely it is worth it. You learn a lot and you learn how to invest in real estate, invest in the real way. I thank God for the opportunity, and I thank you all for accepting me to Freedom Mentor.
