Hey! It’s Dung. I am proud to say I am a Freedom Mentor Apprentice graduate. I met my quota of half a million dollars, $500,000. Yes, I’m still in disbelief! That’s why I’m taking this pause. What a journey. And this is just the beginning. It is definitely just the beginning. I have a lot more deals to take care of. I have a lot more things to plan now, and I’m running my own business now. And, you know, I’m still in disbelief that I did it. And
I’m still continuing. I’m doing it. I’m doing what I dream of doing, investing real estate, having my own business, becoming an entrepreneurship that I know I would be. But then, when I take this real estate journey with Phil in the Freedom Mentor, I started realizing that I’m a lot more than I thought I would be. I didn’t know all my … all these things that I could do. All these creative ideas I come up with, all these problem solving skills that I have, innately which was in me that I had to bring out because all these problems I encounter in real estate, that’s the beauty of real estate. There’s so many problems, but they’re just challenges. You take them as challenges, you become better, you become stronger and you become half a million richer.
And I couldn’t done it without Phil and his team. The coaches, the conference call, the messages, it’s all uplifting. The guidance is invaluable. People take things for granted, and I don’t. I appreciate everything I am given me, that people give me and I take into consideration everything. And I’m here where I am today is because I listened and I followed the guidance. Now I do some creative thinking too. They encourage that, and that’s part of the program. You follow the foundation they set out, but at the end of the day, it’s your mentality that you got to be creative, very creative. And that’s what they teach you in this course, this whole program, is to think outside the box. To do something people cannot do. Somebody who’s in real estate for 25 years doesn’t know what creative finance is.
I even know what is a LOC closing is. Well, it’s something so … something that’s so natural to me is a roadblock a lot of people. Yeah. And I do get ahead of myself when I come, when I get passionate talk about real estate, and it turns a lot of people off. And I realized that real estate’s not for everybody. So if you’re passionate about real estate, you want to create that financial independence and the financial freedom, work your own schedule, this is for you.
I can’t wait what’s next. And I can’t wait to see what five years, 10 years from now, what I will be, but I know from here on I am a full-fledged real estate investor. I mean, I was already from the beginning when I started, I just didn’t know that. And now I realize it more than ever, and I appreciate everything I have in my life. Life throws a lemon at you, you make lemonade. Me, I build a lemonade stand to get more lemons. And it’s up to you to how you want to look at life. But yeah, the program is awesome. I recommend it for anybody who start up, because the journey will make you grow, will make you better, will make you stronger, will make you become an entrepreneur. You become a businessman who thinks differently. You don’t fit in with society thinking. You don’t fit in with other business people because you’re different, unique. And that uniqueness is what makes this program so successful, because it’s been proven in before, it’s been proven now, it will be proven in the future, that you follow the guidance with Phil, you will be successful.
