Aloha nui, everybody. My name is Kalani and I am so fortunate to call myself a Freedom Mentor Apprentice.
A little bit about me. I’m 26 years old and a full-time carpenter out here on the beautiful Island of Maui. You know, I recently closed my very first transaction and I made a profit of $24,063.55. I’m blown away. I still can’t fathom it sometimes.
A little bit about me. I’m 26 years old and a full-time carpenter out here on the beautiful Island of Maui. You know, I recently closed my very first transaction and I made a profit of $24,063.55. I’m blown away. I still can’t fathom it sometimes. The money recently hit my account and I was kind of doing some reflecting on this. And I discovered that because of this program, I was able to close it. The contract had gotten a little bit of language in there that prevented me from doing certain things, like being able to do an assignment, being able to allow me to do a back-to-back closing. There was some funky things for me not allowing me to get an end buyer, but because of Phil and his team, because of all of the different coaches, and because of the experience that this team provides, I was able to do what’s called an equitable interest release closing, and this is can only be found with the Freedom Mentor Program.
We were able to find a new buyer. We were able to get everything all closed out and be able to make a nice profit. And six months to the day, I started on April 1st, I closed on October 1st, and six months to the day, I got to make my profit.
My wife and I are feeling so blessed. We’re feeling so relaxed. We can feel like we can breathe because we know that while I’m carrying the buckets from the river to the village, I’m also laying down a pipeline after work and I’m able to set down the seeds for foundation of wealth for my future, my future’s future. My children are going to be able to enjoy the benefits of this hard work that we’re having.
Thank you, Phil. Thank you, Brian. Thank you, all of the coaches that have laid the guidance, have been able to clearly dictate what exactly needs to happen, and provide us with the experience that not many people can get in this kind of a business.
From a small business standpoint, breaking even in the first three to five years is like a normal thing. I get to say that I broke even at six months. How many people can do that from a small business standpoint? So I have to say thank you, Phil. Thank you, Brian. Thank you, Susie. Thank you, Gilbert. Thank you, all of the coaches that I’ve gotten to speak to about how to make myself a better business person, to present myself into a much more professional individual.
I have to say that from the start to the close, I myself, as an individual, have expanded. More importantly than my own account expanding, myself expanded. I’ve learned how to communicate to people. I’ve learned how to make and keep appointments. I’ve learned how to deal with sellers shutting me down on the phone. And I’ve learned how to pick myself up and keep going.
With the determination and with the subtle patience that the coaches add to this experience, I’ve been able to grow. And that’s exactly what I’ve been looking for. So I just want to say thank you for having something like this out here. Thank you for all of your time and your patience. And I look forward to doing more deals with you guys. Mahalo.
