Hey, everyone. I’m Brad. I’m from Maryland. I’m a full time restaurant general manager. If you know anything about restaurants, you’re going to work a lot of holidays and weekends, a lot of 50-hour-or-more work weeks and not get compensated for that. I knew I did not want to do that full time.
So I’ve always looked for different avenues where I could potentially start my own business and different side hustles.
Real estate was always a common theme and thread as I was looking at different businesses to start. But I could never find something that made sense to me, that I thought would be very successful and lucrative, until I found Phil’s YouTube channel, which I’m sure, if you’re watching this, you’ve probably already seen a lot of his videos. He gives a lot of great free content. I knew, if he gave that much free content that, behind the curtains, there’s probably a lot of valuable information that I could learn. So I joined the program, and I have not looked back since.
I have closed five deals in the last 10 months, a very part-time schedule, maybe 10 hours a week at the most. The fifth deal I just closed a few days ago netted me $23,755, which is awesome. It definitely came together a lot faster than my first four deals. It only took about six weeks from start to finish. We were able to help a seller move across the country, very quickly get it off their plate and make a great profit in return. So definitely a win-win for everyone involved, and I’m looking forward to closing a lot more deals.
As far as Phil’s program and why I would recommend it? You can read a lot of free information online. You can read a lot of forums. You can try wholesaling. You can try flipping houses. You can go to a REIA club if that makes sense for you. For me, I’m 38, I knew I didn’t want to try the next five to 10 years to try to figure it out and lose a lot of money along the way figuring it out. I knew that a mentor was very important to me, and that’s why Phil’s programming is so awesome, because you have daily access to experts in the field of real estate.
Literally, the first deal, I probably called every other day and talked to coach Brian Bush as he walked me through it. You have that ability. The handholding is there if you need it, and then as you go further in your career and further deals, that knowledge and experience start to rack up, so you don’t need as much mentorship. But it’s always curve balls that come, and it’s nice to know you can talk to someone that has been there, done that, that has closed deals for five, 10, 15, 20 years or more. It’s great have that access. You literally can call someone live daily, I think except Sunday, message coaches whenever you need. That access is always there, which is amazing.
As far as the learning curve, that gets cut in half because you have that wealth of experience. There’s just so much training I can’t really speak to until you’re in the program. But let me tell you there’s a lot of valuable information here that you cannot find online for free. I tried. You can’t find it. You can look, but, until you’re in the program, you won’t know it. There are some things that we can’t share unless you’re in the program. So I’m sure Phil speaks to that a little bit on his YouTube channel as well because he saves the best techniques and the most profitable ideas for his apprentices, because he’s financially motivated to do because we’re splitting profits 50/50 up until our deal split threshold.
So would I recommend Phil’s program? Absolutely. Can you make a lot of money in real estate with Phil’s program? Yes. If you bust your butt and you listen to the coaches and you follow the training and the teachings and the advice and feedback of the coaches, you could be very successful. Will there be roadblocks and obstacles in your way? Of course. What business do you know that you start that doesn’t have those things? Don’t let that stop you. The only people that fail in this business are people that give up.
You’re going to have uncomfortable thing as you go through each deal. But the more uncomfortable you are, the more you’re expanding your knowledge, and the better you’re becoming and the better version of you you’re becoming in real estate. So, the more deals you do, the more obstacles you overcome, the better you’ll be.
There’s a lot of profit to be had in real estate. I highly suggest you join the program. Research his program, but, I’m telling you, you definitely want to join. You will not regret it.
