I’ve never done it before, and I do know that there’s challenges in investing, but at the same time too, I know the value of mentorship. So when I saw Phil’s videos, I really thought that he could help me.
I just closed on my first deal and ended about $20,414, an amazing experience. So happy that it closed. From start to finish, it was about 2.5 months. So glad that Freedom Mentor was there to guide me and I am very thankful for them. I do recommend them if you’re wanting to be a real estate investor, but as long as you’re not practicing in my neck of the woods, yes, I do recommend Freedom Mentor.
