#163: I Highly Recommend Joining the Program. I Appreciate Everything Phil Does, And His Coaches. (2 Videos)

Yeah. Hi, my name is Dung . I’ve been with the Freedom Mentor Program since February last year, 2019. This is my third deal, I believe, yes, this is my third deal. It has been a rough journey. There’s no doubt about it. It’s not easy, but it’s achievable. Like I said, anything that’s hard is worth doing. You spend time on it, you’ll be successful. Joining this program, it makes you become a leader instead of a follower, because a leader leads people and direct them to the right direction to make things happen. Everybody look at the leader for guidance or decision making and being the leader, you get to do all that.

I formerly was a UPS employee. I was a driver who became a supervisor and then transferred to an automotive supervisor. I knew real estate was my vessel to success, and I had this thinking since I was little. No, when I was I would say 17, 18, when I go visit houses, I wanted to invest in real estate from there on. But so, when I first bought my investment property back in 2017, I was thinking to myself, there has to be a better way to invest than just, I don’t know, borrow the money from the bank, where they go rigorous background checks, make sure your credit score is good, and you got to put down a big down payment for an investment home, 20, 25%. So, after my first investment, I was out of money. I’m like, “There has to be a better way to invest.” There has to be another way how people make so much money and finding ways to make deals work.

My third deal made a profit of almost $200,000. It was $189,000 because the buyer at the end plays a mind games but we stuck to our guns and we went down to $189,000 instead of $200,000. But, always a good chunk of money where I didn’t do no rehab, I didn’t do any fix-up, and I found a investor who wants to buy the property.
So, I was just like basically wholesale to retail in that price.

So yeah, this is what this program does for you and made you become a creative thinker and it make you become a better person. I appreciate everything Phil does, and his coaches, they do very good job of helping people as much as you can, and they make sure that we don’t get into deals that are very risky. I thank him for that.

So, about this deal that I just recently closed on, it was a one family. It was a probate situation. The seller is the only heir left. His brother recently died, in April 2019. His mother died six years before that in June 2013, and the house is in shambles. It needs a least $150,000 of rehab and the seller has no money. It took us, I think it was eight months, to get this deal done. Eight months, because we had to wait on the probate court document, and then all these other things we are doing in between. But, I had other deal in the pipeline too. But you know, eight months for making almost $200,000 is not bad. Everybody know how hard it is to make money these day, so I’m glad to find a way to make good money while at the same time enjoy my job. I appreciate everything we do in this program.

The training was spectacular. It was more like a mental training because it was to get my mindset out of that worker mentality and become a leader where now I am my own boss. So, I had to hold myself more accountable than ever. And, I had to think of ways that if anything goes wrong, I blame myself first because what I could have done to prevent it or what I could have done better is the two question I always ask myself after decision is made, if it’s bad decision, good decision. And that’s the only way you can lead better. That’s what I got from this program, to be a leader that hold myself accountable all the time.

If you join this program, you will feel the same. I highly recommend joining the program, but don’t join the program if you have too many problems in your family life. I didn’t have support of one of my family, both my parents, but I had support from my brother and my sister. You got to have some support if you’re going to join this program. Your spouse, if the spouse on board with you, it’s great. If your spouse not on board with you, it is a rough journey for you. I don’t know how bad it is without it, but I remember, I know if somebody next to you keeps doubting you, it’s going to be bad. So, you got to believe in yourself, and you got to see that your spouse believe in you, and. You only need one person to just believe in you and that’s yourself to do this, right?

This program changed my life, 180*. I used to think that if I have a good job with benefits, my life would be easier, and I’ll make a lot of money and at the same time enjoy life. That didn’t happen. The higher you go up in the food chain of becoming a good employee and a great worker, the more work and responsibility that they the lessons will reward you at the end of the day. It’s going to stress you out to the point where you want to quit, and that what happened to me with my company I used to work for call UPS. It was a great company, but the people in there were just terrible. I joined this program, I learned how to respect money, how to invest, think about investment.

Investment in your future is the best investment of all. Investing in yourself is the best investment of all. It trumps every investment you could make up, even winning the lottery is not as good an investment as investing in yourself because the lottery is temporary. You’re going to waste it all if you don’t have the knowledge to how to invest that money. So, think of joining this program as winning the lottery but 10 times better because now you have the vessel to be a successful entrepreneur and real estate investors.

That’s why I wanted to learn when I joined this program. I wanted to learn about real estate. I was passionate about it. You got to have passion if you’re going to join this program. If you don’t even have passion about real estate, don’t join the program. Don’t think this is going to be a get rich quick scheme or get rich quick stairways to heaven, whatever you want to call it. There is none. It’s a lot of work. If you stick at it and you grind at it and you learn from your program, you will be successful. It wasn’t an easy journey for me. It was not, but I have to say, it was well worth the work, and now I’m a better person than I was last year, compared to last year.

It’s going to get better from here on because I knew what I’m going to do with my passion and what my goal is going to be, and it’s all thanks to this, Phil and his coaches. They changed my mentality, and that’s what the most important thing I get out of this too, they changed my mentality.

Hey, it’s Dung again. I just wanted to let you know, we just closed a deal a couple of days ago and made $110,000. It is unbelievable. In a strange way, I appreciate this amount, this deal, more than I appreciate my last deal. Even though the last deal made me almost $200,000. The reason why I say this because the first deal that made me almost $200,000, the six figure deal, I thought was a fluke and I got lucky, one of those beginners luck. But then when I made this second deal that made six digits, a second six figure, I believe. Okay. It is real. No, you did it. Now keep moving forward because it’s only going up from here on. I always go by with the saying that you are the master of your fate and the captain of your soul, meaning you always responsible for all the success and failures. You know.

So, how you take success and how you take failure is going to be who you are in the future. Some people take failures as way to success. Yes. Some people take success as another step to more success. I take success as a recognition that I’m on the right path. And I take failure as a learning lesson, that’ll get me on the right path. And all thanks to Phil and his program.

You cannot not take this opportunity. I can’t stress enough. It is unreal and right now I’m thinking about how I’m making the next deal. How to make the next deal possible. How to get more deals? Because I already know the ropes. Now just going to climb, climb higher. Just going to climb, climb higher from here. And you can too if you put your mind to it. Be the captain of your soul and the master of your fate. Don’t let anybody to tell you what to do. You want to do it. You go, you do it yourself.
