#161: Freedom Mentor Is A Real Way For Us To Make Money. It Does Work.

Debra: Hey there. This is Debra and Joseph from Colorado.

Joseph: Hi guys.

Debra: We are excited to share with you about our first real estate deal that closed about a week ago. So we got this home under contract for $200,000. We put about $1,100 of our own money into it for general yard cleanup and miscellaneous items. We turned around and slapped it right back on the market and we were able to get a cash offer for $250,000.

Joseph: So we closed this one with the LLC method. Yes, it does work. We ended up with a profit of approximately $42,000, so $41,800, and as Debra said, we closed on that last week. So when that money hit the account, it became very real to us. Our closing thoughts would be keep moving forward, keep doing something. Every day in your business keep doing something. I think that’s been said through the coaching and through the literature. It does make a difference. It does work. We are very happy with our deal and we just wanted to give a sincere thanks to Phil, to Stephanie, to Brian. You guys all helped out quite a bit on our deal and we’re so grateful for that.
