#158: I Would Recommend Phil’s Program to Anyone, Freedom Mentor Program For Real Estate Investing. They Have A System That Works

Hi. My name is Terrence and I come from a sales and IT background. I joined the Freedom Mentor program mainly because of the content Phil had to offer. I thought it was very good compared to some of the other programs that wanted to charge you $40,000 or more. Phil had a very reasonable price and I jumped on it.

Also, the reviews are good for Phil’s program. He has videos out, which I think are very helpful and informative on real estate and his program also offers funding and coaching. They also teach you how to do marketing as well. Those are some of the things I looked for when I did check around on different real estate programs and Phil has all of that in his. It’s a very good program to me.

The first deal I closed netted about $2,000 in profit. Although that’s not a whole lot of money, but it is some money I can put in my pocket and help with bills and expenses to help develop this business and keep it going. It’s not the only one that I have in the pipeline. Through the coaching and Phil’s teams help, I think I’ve really developed a system or, well not me developed it personally, but as a system I can follow through their coaching. I have other deals I’m working on right now, but the first one did net $2,000. I didn’t have to come up with any money of my own to help get that deal going. It was a pretty much a no money down deal and I’m very thankful for that deal as well.

I would recommend Phil’s program to anyone, Freedom Mentor program for real estate investing. As I mentioned earlier, it’s a very good program and you get a lot for Phil’s program. It’s a lot he has to offer, the coaching, the funding, the marketing they teach you. They have a system that works and it works over and over, and if you take the time to learn it, you can apply it and be very successful with it.
