#157: I Would Definitely Recommend, If You’re Interested in Signing up With Phil and His Team, It’s Definitely Worthwhile

Hey guys. I’m Stephen and I grew up on a small dairy farm and worked there until I was about 18, moved off of the farm and started working for other people, but I didn’t really enjoy working for other people. I enjoyed the work I did, I just didn’t enjoy working for other people. So that caused me to start looking around at other things. And real estate was something that hit, kind of always fascinated me.

But it really started… I started looking at it seriously as an option of something to get into. Looked around at becoming a real estate agent or something and just decided it wasn’t a route I wanted to go, but I was still interested in getting into real estate. So anyways, my brother introduced me to Phil and his videos on YouTube. So I started watching that and really liked what I seen there.
One thing that really stood out to me was he was a Christian and for me to have a mentor or coach, I really valued that. I wanted to have someone that had the same Christian principles and values to use in business as I did. So I decided to give it a shot and I signed up and I’ve been in the program for about six months now. And they’ve done a great job at coaching me along and it’s definitely been a long, hard journey for me.
Still have a long ways to go, but it’s looking up. I just closed on my second deal a couple of days ago. My first one was a small property that had a lot of issues. We was able to flip that to an investor and I only had about 69… sorry, excuse me, and it had about $150 invested into this and a decent amount of time and we netted about $6,900 off of that deal.
The more recent deal that we closed, we had flipped it to a retail buyer. It was a little nicer house, but it was a USDA buyer, so we had to put a little bit of our own money on the line to fix up the house and get it ready for them, for their loan to be approved. But we ended up making about $11 grand off of that deal, just shy of $11 grand we netted.
So that’s exciting. And once you get into it, it’s just the process is, it’s tough, but it’s rewarding. And I would definitely encourage anyone to sign up for Phil and his program. It’s just a wonderful team of coaches to walk alongside you and walk you through all the issues that you have. I could never have done what I’ve done without them this fast. So yeah, I would definitely recommend, if you’re interested in signing up with Phil and his team, it’s definitely worthwhile.
