#156: Freedom Mentor Guided Me Every Step of the Way Through Being Able to Get to This Point Where I’m Just Making Money, Deal After Deal.

Yeah, this is where it all got started, my first deal, I got under contract for $8,000. That’s right, $8,000, and sold it for $10,000. It’s a small little deal, but hey, it was all the money in the world to me at the time and it got the ball rolling with Phil and his team. He walked me through every step of the way and got me to where I’m at today. It was a first step toward making that $500,000. It’s just every deal, staying consistent step by step of the way, and they walk you through the whole process. I’ll take you over to another one of my deals where I’m making more … It was rehabbed on that one.

So this is my latest deal, closing on it today. A three-bedroom, two-bath, about 1,900 square feet. Got it under contract about $90,000 and put about a little over $30,000 into it, and making a $30,000 profit on it. So, yeah, it was, again implementing every step of the process with the program. Freedom mentor guided me every step of the way through being able to get to this point where I’m just making money, deal after deal. It’s not easy by any means. You start off making a couple thousand dollars on your first deal but it’s the step to just a different lifestyle in general.
You learn so many things along the way to breaching that $500,000 profit share. It’s incredible to be where I’m at now. It’s a game changer, you know? All the glory to God and Phil and this team for helping me every step of the way and getting me through this process. Thanks guys
