#149: There Is No Other Program Like Phil’s Out There. He Takes What He Knows and He Gives It to You The Best Way That He Can You To Be Successful. (2 Videos)

Hi, my name is Matt and I’m from Oklahoma, but living in Texas. I’ve been with Freedom Mentor for a year now. I joined Freedom mentor because I wanted to do a little bit more with my life in the aspect of retirement and getting set up to be able to have income flowing in without having to do any work really. The best thing I like about Freedom Mentor is that Phil is the real deal when it comes to real estate investing.

He takes what he knows and he gives it to you the best way that he can for you to be successful. Now, by no means, does that mean it’s going to be easy, but he is the real deal when it comes to being the investor that everybody wants to be.
So, yeah, we’re here today in Daytona Beach and the Masters are going on. Learned a lot of good things. Everything’s coming together. I’ve listened to the videos and everything, the trainings, over and over and over, but just being in person kind of helps things. You get to put a face to the name and it really does bring everything together. It gives you a little bit better motivation, a little bit more drive to get things done, to be a little bit more meticulous. But yeah, I mean, it’s good to see Phil any chance I get, to be with a guy that I want to be like. Phil, he’s a great guy, man. He comes at you with a lot of energy and there’s nothing about him that means any ulterior motive. He, he’s here to train you on what he knows and does the best job he can to do it.
Sure, I’ve closed a couple of deals while I’ve been in. Most of them have been in the last six months, so I’ve closed about four to five deals. I think it’s five right now and one’s about to be closing as well, but the deals I’ve done are a little smaller right now, but I didn’t really do any work to them. Just got them under contract, put them on the MLS, and flipped them that way. But most of the deals that I do is around $10,000 deals so far. Haven’t had any home runs yet, but those are always in the pipe ready to go. You’ve just got to get to where they’re at. So, the deals, they’re not super easy, but they’re not super difficult. I guess the biggest thing is the marketing, keeping it good to go, and the deals will keep flowing.
So, before I started Freedom Mentor, I was in the military for 10 years and did that deal. Was gone a whole lot, so I wanted to do something, again, to where I could be with my family a little bit more. After I got out of the military, I went to nursing school and became a nurse and I realized that the things that I did in the military didn’t really transfer over that well into the nursing career. Being around a certain type of atmosphere is a little difficult for me. So I’m now a coach. I coach military students and do that stuff, but I do the real estate investing on the side because I have time and because, again, I want to be able to transfer to have the income coming in and still be able to be there for my family and not have to worry about the retirement later on.
So if you guys were thinking about joining the program, I mean, there is no other program like Phil’s out there. There’s a lot of other programs out there but nothing is exactly like Phil’s. So, again, the way he teaches and the way that he goes through things, it’s just so, so down earth of understanding it. I mean, there’s a lot of information, but the way he goes about teaching it in the trainings and how you go about learning is really cool on how it eventually all comes together. And once you start closing that first deal or two and you’re like, “Wow, this thing is real. It’s actually real. He’s teaching me what he knows.” And if you’re wondering about the next steps, I was in your same shoes, so just realize that you have to take steps to make things happen and realize that anything that’s worth having you’re going to have to work for it a little bit.
But everything is possible as long as you keep your nose down and keep driving through. And I don’t know if there’s anything that’s stopping you. You could really consider what that is and then just dive on in.

Hi, my name’s Matt. I’m in Phil’s program, Theater Mentor, and it’s been a crazy road ever since I started. But I wanted to do a quick video for some of you guys who might be on the fence. I personally was in the military for 10 years and did some special operations type stuff, and had fun. But, as they all say, it’s a young man’s game type thing.
After that I went ahead and went to a nursing school and I’m actually a registered nurse now as well. One day I was sitting down in my chair and I was thinking, what the heck am I doing? I’m sitting here playing video games, not really doing a whole lot. Sitting on a bunch of money. Money’s not really doing anything for me.
I was thinking that I need to do something different. So I started researching and come across Phil’s Freedom Mentor Program and I looked at a lot of programs actually. Phil’s was pretty much the one that caught my interest the most. Just the way that he was talking and the way that he was honest about stuff.
So I called him up and I was like, “This is the deal. I only one Phil to be my coach,” type of thing. So here I am today. I went ahead and went on through with it. And Phil has been my coach for around two years now. I’ve closed multiple deals, 12 plus deals, if I’m counting correctly. But it’s not one of those things that’s super easy.
So if you’re thinking that you’re wanting to come in here and you’re wanting to get into real estate and just make money overnight, I mean, it’s possible. I will say that the amount of study material and stuff felt overwhelming at first. It’s just like anything, any class that you’re in that you feel over your head, you’re frustrated and you get … it’s just kind of hard to keep drudging along.
But, just like my experience in military of never quitting and staying with the program, what I know now is very much so has made me be able to do these deals that I’ve done. So I’ve closed many deals, subject two deals, owner financed. I’ve done a lot of flips to other investors. I’m even doing my own flips now that I know exactly what’s going on and stuff.
So I just wanted to do a quick video for you guys that might be on the fence of wondering, why should I do this or, or what do I get out of it? So again, for me it was to have the freedom of having passive income. The passive income game of not having to get up and do a 9:00 to 5:00 job every day. Me being my own boss type of stuff.
So that’s really what intrigued me, and I wanted my money to work for me. I wanted to use it as a tool. So, if you guys are thinking about it or want to jump in, I’d say there’s no better time than now. A lot of people say they’re going to do things …
