#148: There’s No Better System That I’ve Seen That Gives You a Comprehensive Look in Assistance in Real Estate Investing.

Hi, my name is Mike. I’m from Maryland and this is my fourth week. Before I entered the program. I was a rehabber, been in construction for a number of years.

Now that I’m in the program, my life has changed tremendously. I’m a recently been contracted by a hedge fund to move properties across the country and real estate is a jungle, and Phil and his coaches really help you navigate that. I think Phil is probably the most comprehensive real estate professional in the country right now, and it’s important for me to align myself with professionals that can help me in every aspect.
The biggest difference in my life is I have a resource. I have a go-to resource with questions that I have, any pitfalls, challenges that I come up across, I have someone to talk to. If someone called me and say, “Hey Mike, how do you feel about the program?” I would tell them to jump in head first. There’s no better system that I’ve seen that gives you a comprehensive look in assistance in real estate investing.
