#147: The Coaches Are Here, They Know What They’re Doing, They Have Your Best Interest In Mind Looking Forward to Continuing

Hey, my name’s Morgan. I’ve been with Freedom Mentor for four months. I’m from South Carolina. So part of the reason I joined Freedom Mentor was that I’d been wanting to get into real estate for quite some time. I’ve been following Phil for about three years now and I finally just took the jump, took the leap and decided to apply to become a student and it’s been all uphill from there.

I love that there’s an aligned interest with coaches that we share all the profits so that I really know they’re on my side and wanting to get these deals closed. I love the experience they bring and the wisdom. Well, I’m still currently working, but right now I’m a manager at a candle manufacturing facility. So what I’ve enjoyed about mastery this weekend has been some of the knowledge that I haven’t really had access to previously.
Some of the new things, the new ideas and just getting to meet everybody, put a name with the face. I think that’s been really helpful. Yeah, we just closed the deal on Monday, a couple of days ago. So it was the first one we closed. It was a retail to wholesale, and that one made us about $11,000 before the split. So it was a decent little deal. But really looking forward to continuing to close deals, get deals under contract, get those closed and just continue to grow. I would say there’s a lot of uncertainty before you get into the program. Obviously you’re wondering, am I going to get screwed? Is this real? Is it really going to work? But I would just say that yes, it does work. It is real. The coaches are here, they know what they’re doing, they have your best interest in mind, and it just takes a commitment, a leap of faith, I guess. But once you get in there, I don’t think there’s any turning back.
