#146: I Encourage You Get In and Jump In With Both Feet, and Go All the Way. It’s Just Awesome What You Learn.

My name’s Noel. I’m from Florida. I’ve been with Freedom Mentors, have known Phil about a year now. I’ve done one deal, but it was a very good deal. The reason I’ve done one in a year and not more is because I had some family situations. But when looking for something in real estate, because that’s the, really the joy of my heart is to be in real estate. I’ve done my own stuff in the past, but looking online and I saw Phil and watched some of his YouTubes, and was really intrigued.

I’m a very cautious individuals, so I really put him through the ringer. I talked to his people, and demanded to see him and he went out of his way. He invited me up and showed me a project of his and got to know him. Man, I was so impressed. My wife was so impressed, not just with him but his wife, his team and, but I still had this doubt, can this really be real?
But, he went all the way with me, and finally we bought in, and I’m want to tell you it’s the best thing I’ve ever done. The first deal and only deal I’ve done so far, we cleared over $90,000. I only put in about … Bought it for 13, and materials were 20 and man, with all the help I got from this team, there was no kinks. There was no roadblocks. It just went so smooth, and I’m ready to do another one and another one. If you’re considering this, I understand your cautions and you should be, but I encourage you to really take a hard look at it. I’ve never seen more honesty, and yeah, he’ll tell you he wants to make money. There’s no doubt about it, and he should. But what you learn and the value of this thing is totally incredible.
Not only that, but he’s real good to you. I mean, he’s good to us. He paid for our hotel room, bought a bunch of meals for us, took his time, and just incredible opportunity. I encourage you get in and jump in with both feet, and go all the way. You won’t be upset or you won’t be sad that you did. If you put your time into it, it’s going to take work. It’s going to take money. But I’ll tell you what, don’t worry about the money you’re putting into it because you’re going to get it back if you work. I’m going to go back through the videos and take notes, but it’s just awesome what you learn.
There is shortcuts. There is a ways that you can save money that you would never know about on your own. So, come into the Mastery. I could have watched it online, and I’m still going to watch it online. But I wanted to be here. I’m so glad I did because he took us on tours of properties, and really get a firsthand look and touch about what’s going on. I mean, you can’t get it even online. You won’t get it. I encourage you, come to a Mastery. You’re not wasting your money. You’re not wasting your time. It’s an investment, and it’ll come back to you a thousand times.
