#145: Do What You Can to Get Here, You’ll See That it is What it is, What it Claims to be. So Definitely Get Involved.

Hi, I’m Chuck from Western PA. I’ve been with the program about seven months now. Well, I’ve always been interested in real estate and I hurt my back on the job that I’ve been with a lot of years, and I was off for about a year and a half. So I had an opportunity to really research and see how I could best get into learning more about real estate, and Phil was one of the ones that I came across that I really, really liked and that’s why I got involved with Phil.

What I really like about Freedom Mentor is just the promises that were made or kept. Just tremendous help from the girls at the office to the coaching staff. I mean, they’re so genuine. They’re so patient with especially newbies like myself, just from top to bottom. It’s a well oiled machine. It really is and it’s, I just love being a part of the program.
I’ve been in about eight months. I closed on my first part of the duplex this week actually. Just the second part was this Thursday, the day before I headed down to the program, and the other half was a week before that. So it’s exciting. But as Phil said, now the hard work comes into play, dealing with contractors and getting it sold. But it’s exciting. It’s my first one, so hopefully one or two of many more to come.
This is my first Master here this weekend. Again, it’s the in-depth training to a higher level. It really takes the videos and things and takes it even higher. I really liked the detail. I got an opportunity to talk too, now the people here are a little more experienced than me but doesn’t mean you can’t come down when you just had six or eight months in. There was people here that were just a few weeks in. So whether you’re a few weeks in or whether you’re, been with a program 10 years, it’s still beneficial to be here, in my opinion, as a rookie.
Phil is… What you see on the videos is what he is. There’s no… He’s not a phony. And he comes through with what he says. In the videos prior to the program, where ever he is, that’s him. And that’s what I really like. He’s genuine, he’s genuine. And without getting too deep, my faith is a very strong part of my life, is my life. And it seems like it’s a part of his, a big part of his life. So, that was another reason why I got involved in the program.
Well, if you’re on the fence about joining, I say you jumped to decide of going, you know what I mean? I mean, that’s all I got to say. I mean that’s the bottom line. It is worth it. Whatever you have to do to save up, borrow, beg, borrow, don’t steal. All right. But do what you can to get here, you’ll see that it is what it is, what it claims to be. That’s what it is. So definitely get involved.
