For about seven years of my life I was a finance manager and working really odd hours, late hours and with… Even though it provided me income for my family, it didn’t give me the fulfillness that I was looking for and the compensation that I always had in mind.

I did practice real estate in the state of Arizona before moving to Florida six months ago. And it became my first love after trying and being successful on a couple of deals, and I planned on doing so after I was to leave my job as a finance manager. But discovering that becoming part of the mentor program was what’s the leap that I was looking for, that it’s going to take me to the next level faster and that’s key. The fact that I’m able to become successful so much faster and do many deals as opposed to doing one deal, or two a year, which was my previous plan.
I joined the program because there’s a lot of intricate parts that go into investing and I discovered there’s even more things that I do not know. And I wanted the support, and primarily the peace of mind, to know that I have a place to go, the know-how of becoming successful relatively quick and pretty much a fail-proof system that Phil has had for over 10 years. And it’s going to be great. I can see it. I studied it and I can see where it’s going to be successful for myself and my family.
