#141: The Program is Comprehensive, It’s Got Everything You Need. If You’re Serious About Wanting To Be In Business, Because This Is a Real Business.

Hi. My name is Dennis, I live in Lower Alabama. I’ve been with Freedom Mentor just a little over a year. Freedom Mentor is a, it’s the real deal. It really is actual mentorship. It’s very thorough, it’s got just an amazing amount of education and information. It’s basically lacking nothing, and if it is lacking something, it’ll get it. Whatever you need, they come up with an answer, it’s just amazing. I’ve been thinking about real estate investing for many years. I was a contractor much of my life. Always thought about it, never did anything about it.

At some point I retired a while back, entered into retirement. Wanted to be busy, but was too old to really do contracting. And besides, I wanted to make a lot of money. As everybody knows, there’s not a lot of money in contracting, and not a lot of money in retirement. So I was really looking at something that I could make a lot of money at. Real estate investing was something I’d always thought about, and I just happened to stumble onto one of Phil’s videos, I got his book, I realized that without mentorship I was never going to be successful at it, and so that’s what helped me make the decision to give Freedom Mentor a try.
This is my first mastery. I was really excited, looking forward. I’ve been looking forward to it for a year, to coming here. And here I am, and it’s been great. The program is comprehensive, it’s got everything you need. But there’s just something about being here in the flesh that it’s just not only special, but it’s really valuable.
I’ve closed three or four deals. Yeah, I recently closed a deal, it was pretty amazing. I got it under contract for 60,000. The house was nice, except the entire inside needed to be painted. The seller had already bought all the paint, as well as a lot of the fixtures, light fixtures, things like that. So I didn’t have to spend a lot of money out of pocket, I paid a neighbor to up there with me to paint it. We painted the inside, it was really interesting because we’re talking about the way that we sell houses in this program, I needed to get 80,000 out of this house in order to make any real money. And so, they told me to list it for 74, 9, which I did. I got a multiple offer situation within a day, and wound up selling it for 81. And I was in and out of that deal in less than 30 days.
Phil’s awesome. Yeah, I feel like I already knew him. I’ve spoken to him on coaching calls, I’ve watched his videos, we’ve conversed through email. It was like I already knew him when I met him, and the thing that struck me the most was the first thing he said when he saw me was, he asked me some questions that were pertinent to what I’d been going through at the moment. It’s like he knows me, he keeps track of his students, he knows what’s going on with them, and addresses them accordingly.
If you’re serious about wanting to be in business, because this is a real business. It’s not a get rich quick thing, it’s not a pyramid thing, it’s a business. And if you’re willing to do the work, if you’re willing to get educated, if you’re willing to stay awake at night sometimes and be successful, this program has everything you need.
