#14: I Joined The Program Because I Wanted To Have Some Freedom, And To Build Something That I Could Be Proud Of For My Family.

Hi everyone. My name’s Brian. I’m from Massachusetts. I’m actually sitting on my boat down in Rhode Island. I joined the program because I wanted to have some freedom, and to build something that I could be proud of for my family. When I was looking at a bunch of programs, I chose the program with Phil. I tell you, recently, I just caught a big deal, negotiating a short sale, and then, I was able to put some folks in there as tenant buyers in less than 4 months, to make a profit of $48,000. That is really exciting to me, to be able to not only help a person who couldn’t sell their house, but also put people in a home that didn’t have an opportunity otherwise.
My background is I’m a plastic engineer full time, and now, I aspire to be a full time real estate investor. I’m having a lot of fun doing it. Excuse me for a moment. I’m going to go ahead, and I’m going to cast out, and I’m going to catch the next big deal.
