#137: If You Are Procrastinating to Get Into Real Estate and You Need Someone to Coach You, Freedom Mentor is What You Definitely Want To Go For. Phil Has an Entire Crew Behind You.

Hi, my name is Boris. I originally come from Macedonia, a small country in Europe right next to Greece. I came in the US about 12 years ago and ever since I’ve been working in the car dealership, being a service advisor. They promoted me several months ago into a service manager. It was a little bit more money, but it was not quite enough for me to support my wife and the little baby we have.

We have a small girl, she just turned a year old.
My wife in the meanwhile did some real estate. She got a license, she’s an agent locally here in Massachusetts. She made some money. She sold a few houses within a few months, but it still wasn’t enough and I got fired up about making a little bit more extra money for myself and the family so I can afford more things and be able to take care of the baby.
We also bought a house and things were getting kind of tight. Started doing some research online about some real estate investing and some programs and people that are advertising about mentoring you in this program, which one of them is Freedom Mentor. And before I got into Freedom Mentor, I have spoken to several other investors that never caught my eye or ears about moving forward with this stuff. It was a totally different world for me. I had no idea how to approach it. So I started talking to Phil and the coaches and I got into the program and boom, six months down the road with two houses. On the first deal we made 60,000 bucks. On the second deal we made $30,000. So that’s within six months we made $90,000, flipping two properties.
And on the first property that we made $60,000, I literally spent $750 which included the listing for the MLS and the $250 for the title search of the property. Some of you probably don’t even know what a title search is yet if you haven’t gotten that far into real estate investing, but you will find out. I couldn’t have done it without Phil. Phil has an entire crew behind you, several coaches, every single minute you need someone to answer a question, you just email them. They’re right there. They’ll answer a question so you will not get stuck into a dead end street because this is not a joke, this is a serious business.
And, the funny thing is I was going to say, when I started in this, I had $5,000 left in my bank account and six months later I made my bank account much, much better. So all I can say is if you are procrastinating to get into real estate and you need someone to coach you, Freedom Mentor is what you definitely want to go for because it’s not a one person operation. Like I said, Phil, Phil is great. He has never ignored me. So many times I have emailed him, he responds to me within a few hours. But if he’s not able to, because he is a busy man, he has, like I said, an entire crew that has been mentored by him personally, that know every single step of the way and every single approach of how to make money in this business.
If you have the courage, if you have just a few bucks saved, I’m not saying $50,000 to $100,000, I’m saying you would need $5,000 to $10,000 to start in this and with no money you would buy a house and flip a house. And I couldn’t believe it. I was thinking that’s just unreal. But like I said, I did some more research, I found out it’s doable, I just needed somebody to a direct me properly in this way.
