#136: It’s Not Just Those Basic Information That You Learn On Books Or Classes. So If You’re Thinking About Joining Freedom Mentor, Feel Free.

Here in my garage, I just bought this, not this, this beautiful piece of real estate for a couple of bucks. We’re talking about $200 to $300, we’re talking peanuts here. Thanks to Phil and Freedom Mentor, actually excluding this one deal, we were able to buy three deals in the past 30 days. We profited $60,000, almost $60,000 in those three. I wouldn’t be able to do without Phil and our coaches. They were a tremendous help. My name is Arman. I’m a real estate investor. I’m a medical surgical nurse down here in Texas.

After graduating from school … This is the property right here. After graduating from school, I wanted to create my own business. I went back to school again to take some courses in real estate and business. I actually read over a hundred books before I decided to jump into this field. Thanks to the guy who actually made a reference to at the beginning, Ty Lopez, I went to a lot of meetup groups, a lot of investor clubs, wasn’t able to get any good information to start in this business. I was actually scared of losing money. And I’m actually happy to not going through that route. So I did my own research. I found Freedom Mentor, and Phil. I was surprised by the amount of information he was sharing on his website. I actually bought his book, his audio version. It was very, very useful and I was sure that there is a lot more going on behind the curtain.
So I took a shot. I joined the program and there’s a lot to learn. Still at this point, I believe I just scratched the surface. With every deal, I learned that I have more shortcomings and I need to work harder and harder to perfect my skills and knowledge and actually learn new things in new ways and build new connections. There’s a lot going on in this field. It’s not just those basic information that you learn on books or classes, to be honest. If you see no skyscrapers, those towers, there’s tremendous multifamily deals, you’ll understand. It’s not a small a field.
