#135: You Will Learn Everything There Is To Know About Real Estate and Then Some. You Won’t Regret It.

Hey. Well, not another video of a guy playing guitar. But, hey, it is. But the nice thing is you got a little bit of time to do it. Let me introduce myself. My name’s Eric. I’m giving this great video on Phil Pustejovsky and his great Freedom Mentor team.
I’m very excited. We had a deal just come to close recently and just made a lot of money on it. Not only that.

Helped the homeowner and helped the new home buyer. So we’re really excited here at Great Lakes Housing Solutions, and I owe a lot of that to Phil and his team.

And from somebody a year and a half ago that was looking at the same types of videos, I’m so happy that my family and I moved in this direction, signed up with Phil and his mentoring program.
It has taught me so much, not just about real estate, but time management, the way to look at the world, a business mind. A little bit about me and why I signed up. I’m a personal trainer, and I really had peaked as a personal trainer as opposed to maybe opening up my own company. I didn’t want to move in that direction for a multitude of reasons, but I needed to do something different in my life. I have three little boys and my wife, so I need to look more into financially securing where we’re at.
So real estate always caught my attention. I was always interested hearing about deals. You see it on TV. It’s in your face. And there is some money to be made in real estate. However, you’ve got to know what you’re doing or you’re not going to make anything. You’re probably going to lose some. So what I recommend is you get signed up with Phil and his team if you’re even questioning it or you’re really moving in that direction. You will not regret it.
A little bit about this last deal. I’m proof’s in the pudding, as they say. So let me give you some numbers on that. I got them here on my computer. So basically this last deal I’m real excited about, we came into this deal, we bought it at about $72,000 and we sold it for $135,516. So you out there get your calculator. You can do the math. Probably put 7 or $8,000 into the house, and made a really nice profit. I’m very excited about it.
The first deal I did, I made about 6,000 on. And I’ve just picked up another deal that even looks better. On paper, it looks great. I’m not going to go into the numbers, but I’m being cautiously optimistic. So knocking on wood. But it’s almost a no-brainer. Phil and his team have carried me, literally carried me along in this process. I knew nothing, zero. And just listened to what they said. And here I am, three, four deals later, with probably netting almost $50,000 in net profits. And I wasn’t even making that in a year at my other job. So it’s just a no-brainer.
The coaches and Phil, anytime you have a question, it gets answered. I never had to wait more than probably 12 hours to get some feedback. If I had a question, they’re always available, always on the move, always ready. Another thing about this deal. I’m just a guy who has a little bit in a savings account. I didn’t have $72,000. I brought this by Phil, and Phil personally funded this deal himself. So if that’s not putting money where your mouth is, I don’t know what else is. Not even to mention I think he got me the money two weeks earlier than he had to. So it has just been a pleasure. I’ve learned unbelievable amount of things, not only in real estate, like I said, just it’s a new pair of sunglasses or a new pair of glasses that you put on and you view the world through. It’s given me a lot of clarity and has taught me a lot.

I’m 33, which is not very old, but what I realized is my time is worth something. And it took me a while to figure that out.
