#134: You Need the Support and The Knowledge Of People Who’ve Experienced Certain Things That You Haven’t, Who Can Guide You In Certain Situations. I Am Getting That From Freedom Mentor. Absolutely.

My name is Ilya, I am from New York, and I’m a police officer. This is my fiance, Angeles. She’s a stay-at-home mom, currently.
I saw an opportunity in real estate. I saw that I can grow as a person. There was a lot of opportunities where I live, and I saw a real estate as my way out of a nine to five, constantly working, just trying to pay the bills. So financial freedom, and to help other people in this while doing it. People that are in certain bad situations, such as foreclosures, divorces, things of that nature.

I’ve closed one deal with Freedom Mentors, after about six months and a good deal came to me, and I was finally able to close it.
If I wasn’t part of Freedom Mentor, that deal would have never occurred. I wouldn’t know how to structure it. The funding, I wouldn’t be able to get it. Yeah, and the great support through the bumps that we hit during that time frame. They guided me through those.

Angeles: Very well. I’m very proud of him. At the first, I don’t believe. I don’t want to support him. At the first I was mad at him. And then I saw him, and I said like, “Oh my God, I got to support my husband.” And now I see it’s working, and I’m so happy.

Ilya: In this business, you need patience. You need to wait. But you also need the support and the knowledge of people who’ve experienced certain things that you haven’t, who can guide you in certain situations.
I am getting that Freedom Mentor. Absolutely. Every time I have a question, I send one of the coaches a message, or either a phone, call, jump on the call. And right away hey give me an answer which solves the majority of my problems. It’s great.
She said, “Give me that job. I want to be the decorator.”

Angeles: Yeah, and I did really. A little bit.

Ilya: Yeah.

Angeles: Yeah. I get done everything inside.

Ilya: She gets…..

Angeles: I’m a construction guy and everything.
