#129: Very Supported Process From Freedom Mentor. I Definitely Recommend This Program.

I’ve recently closed my first deal for $15,437. The coaching team brought me through every step of that process, was very helpful. It was a lot harder than I thought it would be even with the experience of rental houses and buying property for myself in the past. They helped me in finding the property. They helped me in creating a contract that was legal, vetting that out.

They even helped me not to bail when the house that I had gotten under contract and we were getting ready to flip, actually was broken into, was vandalized. I was about ready to bail and they really talked me off the ledge with that. They helped me when the seller disappeared two weeks before closing and it was a very stressful process. I was emailing over the Thanksgiving holiday and getting support during that time when I was not sure how much trouble I was in.

So we got through all that. Closing day was actually fairly settled. Once we got through that, and again, I cleared that $15,300 some dollars. So it was not a stress free process, but a very supported process from Freedom Mentor. So I definitely recommend this program in particular. I’ve been through a couple of others as a tourist. I didn’t spend a whole bunch of money on them, but I did my due diligence. And again, that’s how I found Freedom Mentor. So I definitely recommend this program.
