#125: I Can’t Thank You Guys Enough. It’s Been Worth Every Penny That I Paid Into. I Just Look Forward to What the Future Holds.

This is just straight for Freedom Mentor. You guys are fantastic. I love y’all. I really, I mean it’s been unreal. And Phil, when you did your instructions, when you said that you would be with us from step one all the way through and not let us freak out or not abandon us you were absolutely right. It just it’s crazy how wonderful your team is. And Brian Bucsh that dude rocks man.

When I closed out this deal with Teresa and Douglasville, the one that I just made the $30,000 on, right at closing we were having an issue with the closing company and it was funny to see now that I can sit back and look at it where there were some issues going on with the closing and getting the money and everything and I was freaking out. Well, Brian called me up. We had a conversation and I’m sitting here freaking out probably talking a hundred miles an hour and Brian just simply just as calm as can be, collect, just started talking real smooth, real low tone. And then before I knew it had me calm. So I just again, I want to say thank you to you guys. Y’all were wonderful.
Stephanie’s been another coach that’s helped me out as well. And I mean you Judy’s another one on my Tuesday call, Stephanie’s on my Saturday call and Brian usually fills in on her when she’s been absent but you guys were fantastic. I wouldn’t be anywhere near where I’m at now had it not been for you guys.
Working AT&T, working 40 hours a week overtime, 60, 70, 80 hours a week sometimes especially if I have to work over-nighters, cut cables and things like that I still know how to run my business because of what y’all taught. I know the houses now that when I’m looking at them I knew exactly what to look for. I can quickly go through a ton of homes and know what I’m looking for and because I have a criteria that you guys have taught me and I can quickly eliminate homes that not even to look for and the ones that I need to try to go after. And the deals that haven’t gone through I’ve learned from, I’ve learned so much over the year and a half it’s just it blows me away.
My parents are excited for me, they back me up, my sister is too, and they can see the excitement in me when I’m going to look and when we’re talking about everything. I just can’t really thank you guys enough Phil and your entire team. You’re by far the best mentor that God has ever sent me or you’re the only mentor but God put you and us together for a reason. He knew what I was looking for in a mentor and a company to help me out in my investing career. And beforehand, I mean I closed no deals, lost money, and since I’ve been here a year and a half with you guys I haven’t lost a dime. I’m not afraid to turn away a contract if I need to. And the confident level when I’m going to speak with a seller is so extravagant, is so up there now more than it was.
I can’t thank you guys enough. It’s been worth every penny that I paid into. There has been negative comments out there that I saw, the $200 a month. Well they obviously don’t know your system and what you guys entail into it and all and even splitting the profit. Well, splitting $68,000 in half or round around in that what our profit split was is better than nothing because at the end of the day had it not been for y’all I wouldn’t have been able to close this deal.
So this message is just to Freedom Mentor. I just wanted to speak to you guys real quick outside of an email and just say thank you. I love all you guys. You guys are great. And I just look forward to what the future holds and the growth and the learning process that I still have. I mean I know there’s still a lot for me to learn but you look at me, the knowledge that I have now versus the knowledge that I had two years ago by just reading the books, and the CDs, and the seminars it’s just it’s not even in the same ballpark. You’re talking major league or minor league and what I know now and you know kiddie balls in what I knew a year and a half ago.
And Phil, your guys, your team and everybody is just fantastic and thank you so very much. And I’m hoping that I can make you guys proud, keep on making lots of money and I know that whenever I have questions or have any issues I know you guys are right there for me. And I will continue to press on and learn what you guys have to offer and make more money. So thank you again so very much.
