#12: Now That I’m A Part Of The Program, I Can See My Life Changing In A Lot Of Different Ways. It Is Really Second To None.

My name is Chad. I’ve been a part of the program for a couple of months now. I’m from the Tennessee area. Before the program, I was actually in mortgage banking. And a little bit before that, I was actually in the hedge fund trading world. So I had no experience at all, whatsoever, with real estate investing. Well, the biggest difference since I joined the program, is I actually got a blueprint of exactly what to do, how to get started. Really talking and dealing with investors, that were once students in my shoes, and now are successful. And they’re able to help get me up that learning curve a lot faster.

Now that I’m a part of the program, I can see my life changing in a lot of different ways. I know this is a business that I can take. It’s mobile, can be done anywhere throughout the country, give me the amount of time and the freedom that I want to spend with my friends and family, and things along that line. If anybody were looking for my opinion and advice on doing the program, I mean, it is really second to none. I’m a very analytical person in a lot of different ways. And I did a lot of due diligence and research, and I found that this was probably going to be the best opportunity for me. I did take that chance and took the risk. And I can certainly say without a shadow of a doubt, this is arguably the best program there is for most real estate investors, no matter what their level of experience or knowledge is.
