#117: My Thoughts So Far In The Program Is, It’s Very Exciting To Learn New Things That I Did Not Know. I’m Excited For the Future.

My thoughts so far in the program is, it’s very exciting to learn new things that I did not know. I have flipped homes before and things, but I’m learning more of a creative side that I had no idea that it was even existed. So I’m learning a lot as we go and I’m excited for the future.

My past, I’ve had multiple businesses before. I’ve owned tanning salons, yogurt stores, hair salons, restaurants and things. So I’ve had multiple business partners, so it’s nothing new for me. And as far as the deals we’ve done in the past so far it’s been very easy. We work well together and we’re very family oriented together. And I think as far as with the relationship we’ve had so far, everything has been a success.

So far one of our coaches is Brian and he’s been very helpful and you can pretty much get a hold of him when you want to. I believe that Phil is part of ours because we’re in a little higher class, so my understanding and we can get a hold of him anytime we want also. So, so far the coaches have been excellent.

The conference has been good. The first day was stuff we’ve already done. As far as the classroom, that’s more of what we were here for is to learn the creative side. The flipping part we’ve done times before, but the creative side is very knowledgeable for us. Because as I said previously, I didn’t know it even existed that we could do owner finance subject to this, this or that and the other and twist it and put it together and all kinds of weird stuff. So it’s been very helpful.
