My name is Eric. This is Ms. Rojas. We’re from Illinois. We looked at some videos on YouTube, we did some rehab work on some houses, and just trying to find creative ways to do real estate, and came across Phil’s videos and joined the program. The knowledge is 10 times better now. I’m more knowledgeable on what to say, what to do, how to go about doing deals, and the profit’s even more doing what we’re doing now. But I think just closing a deal out last week, I believe, was a tipping point of being a real believer and everything came to fruition. It’s not a short term.
It took a process, but we got here. What we’re looking forward to is trying to master marketing and get our name out there. Our goal is to go back and get more deals done obviously and the way we’re going to do it is by keeping on top of it, reading what we need to read, talking to the coaches that are there for us and just marketing, and let people know that we’re there to help them.
