#114: Easiest $8000 I Ever Made. Really Feel Supported. Great Program. I’m Really Excited About It.

Hey guys. I just wanted to talk about my very first deal that I completed with Freedom Mentors. The home right behind me is a home that I did a subject two deal on. Picked it up for $28,000, was able to sell it for $48,000. Turned it over in about 45 to 50 days. Really great little project. Learned a lot on it. Really grew in my understanding of how this works through this deal. I think we netted out about … I don’t remember exactly, but about $17,000, so I guess that after closing fees and whatnot, maybe it was … no, it was actually about $16,000, so with this 50/50 split, $8,000 apiece, can’t complain about that for 45 days’ work. Easiest $8,000 I ever made, for sure.

Just enjoying the program, learning a lot, and I’m really thankful for Phil to do this, and the team, all the great players on the team, the coaches, the people who help. Really feel supported. There was a couple of times when things were … I was a little concerned about things, and they were able to take me through them and we got through everything without a hitch. Great program.
