Hi, my name is Chuck. I’m from Florida, I’ve been in the program about a week now. I’ve always had a passion for real estate, that’s what brought me to this, and I’m just looking forward to getting wet, getting involved, and taking action on doing some deals so that’s where I want to be. I’m currently a software engineer so I still, I’m doing that full-time as well as doing the program in my spare time at home, on weekends, whenever I have time, setting up the marketing and getting that going.

The biggest thing I realized is that my mindset was very traditional. Everything I had learned before was traditional so I was kind of in that traditional box. Just the creative things that Phil introduced, I think those are very intriguing, I can start to work on those. If somebody asked me if this is worth doing I would say, absolutely, go for it. Make sure you jump in and take action as soon as possible.
