#107: If You’re Looking to Get Into A Program That Is Real, That Will Help You Realize Some Income and Teach You How To Do This Right, There’s No Other Place To Go.

Hi, my name is Mark from North Carolina. I am a semi-retired flooring contractor, spent the last 15 years managing crews and helping customers get their flooring installed, had the opportunity to sell a portion of that business and need to find something else to do. I was looking for something that would be satisfying and also would help me earn some extra money.

I’ve always been interested in real estate. I actually bought the Carleton Sheets Program over 25 years ago. Tried to learn the concepts, learned some nice real estate terms, and wasn’t able to do anything with it, couldn’t close any deals with it, but of course, life went on and here I am now, working up again with Phil and Freedom Mentor. They take you from start to finish. You follow all the blueprint. You get on the coaching calls. I really like to listen to the recorded calls. You gather so much information from other people’s experiences. It’s just amazing.

Anyway, the last year we worked on, took about six months to finish. The seller was terminally ill and actually passed away before we were able to close, so it kind of stretched things out, but the coaches were there to help me get through it. Up until closing, actually, one of the coaches was able to give me some advice and techniques on how to handle seller objections and put an extra $3,500 on my pocket. Anyway, this deal brought in a little under $36,000. We put a little bit of work into the house, but overall it was a great experience.
