Hi, there. My name is Arnold. I’m from Kansas. I’m 24 and I currently go to the University of Kansas and I’m studying Biology. I take part in Freedom Mentor part-time and in the meantime I study, go to school and play sports.
I have now been part of Freedom Mentor for about six months. I closed my first deal within, I believe, the first three months of being with the program. Within the first three months of being in the program I bought and sold my first house through a whole sale deal. I bought it for $30,000 and I turned around and sold it for $48,000. I made a total profit of $18,000 before the splits and then $9,000 after the splits. After the split, I was able to pay back my initial investment which is amazing because I didn’t expect those kind of returns until after my third or fourth deal. But being able to have that done after my first, that’s an amazing thing for me to accomplish and I’m really excited about it.
Since now, being six months deep into the program, I’ve closed a second deal as well. It’s an interesting deal. It’s one that I’ll remember for a really long time because I was able to help a family in dire need. I purchased the house for about $25,000 and the price I was going to sell it for, I was going to wholesale it again, was going to be $35,000. Then I had a Hispanic family contact me who seemed like very hardworking people and they invited me to their home to do the paperwork. This deal however, keep in mind, is my second deal. Not only was it my second deal but it is also in Spanish and Spanish is my third language. I thought it was amazing because not only was I able to buy and sell this house in Spanish, I did it to a family who was in need because they had six grandchildren and their kids need help raising these six grandchildren.
Personally, myself, I grew up the youngest of five and we had a total of 10 people in the house and it was really tough to keep the mouths fed in a house big enough for that many people. Once they told me about their situation and how it was hard for them to make ends meet, I cut a deal with them. I only wholesaled the house for a profit of $3,000. But in this story, it doesn’t matter how much money I made but the relationship I built with that family. They now have a house for their two kids and their six grandchildren. For me that really hits home because that was a scenario I was in when I was growing up. To be able to pay that forward to another family, I thought that was a beautiful story
Now we’re going to talk a little bit about the program and how much that it has helped me. What helped me the most was definitely the marketing. I had no idea about Google Adwords, Google Analytics, I had no idea how to create a website and the fact that Freedom Mentor has been able to provide all of that for me, I think that’s why I was able to close deals so quickly and so professionally. Without all that I think I’d still be trying to search for houses and learning the scripts and whatnot.
On top of the information in the program is the education. The education that I received was profound. I’ve read into real estate stuff and whatnot but the creative deals that I’ve figured out and I’ve learned through Freedom Mentor has not only 10 fold but like 50, 100, almost 1,000 times fold because not only am I going to make back the money that I’ve initially invested, but after I make back my initial investments, it’s going to continue making money for me. I think the education itself is definitely worth it. The marketing schemes that come with this program is just a plus that’s going to set you up for success on a quicker speed track.
I would definitely recommend this program, not just for the marketing, but definitely for the knowledge alone because not only are you going to make your money back but you can continue to make more and help others, whatever your intentions are. But I definitely recommend this program for anyone who thinks about getting into real estate.
Another thing about the program is the flexibility of the program. Like I mentioned earlier, I’m a full-time college student and so 90% of my time is either at school, studying, working, or playing sports. It’s not like I have a whole lot of time to dedicate to buying/selling houses. I think with a full-time intention to real estate, I definitely think that my time in buying and selling houses would of easily been cut in half. But the fact that I’ve been successful part-time makes this program even more accompanying to my lifestyle. Not only am I extremely busy with other things but I’m still able to close deals and make money part-time.
Last but not least, Phil, Stephanie, Brian, I thank you guys so much for all the help that you guys do. I can’t put into words how grateful I am for your guys’ help. Closing these two deals was awesome. I didn’t expect to make so much money. I didn’t expect any of it, really. The fact that you guys were with me the entire step of the way, that you guys were extremely patient- I mean, this is all new to me. I have no experience. But the fact that you guys were extremely patient. Your blueprint was just a step by step guide to follow and it just walked me to success and I can’t wait until I can take this job on full-time and take advantage of the opportunity in front of me. Thank you guys once again and I hope to contact you guys with more deals.
