#104: Freedom Mentor’s One Of The Best. The Training Is Very Comprehensive. There’s Many Strategies That Don’t Get Utilized In Traditional Investing. Take A Leap Of Faith.

Hi. It’s Kathy and I’m in Georgia. I just wanted to take a few minutes and share with you my experience with Freedom Mentor. I been a part of the program for a year and I’ve closed two deals in that short of time and profited $49,000 on those two. I’ve acquired a third property that’s going to be a vacation rental in Daytona Beach Shores, Florida. Very excited about that property. It will rent in the summer by the week and in the winter potentially by the month.

I think it’s important to mention I work full time and did work full time in 2016, about 50 hours a week as a automobile accountant manager, accounting manager. I feel like it’s important to know so you don’t think, “Well, gosh that was a whole year and only did two deals.” I had to make a transition from that job into real estate investing full time.

I became a licensed real estate agent first but I quickly realized in that three percent commission would take several deals before I would profit and make the kind of money, income that I was expecting to make after getting licensed. So, I began researching the programs that were out there to assist you in becoming a real estate investor. I attended several lectures in those conference halls in the hotels that, you know, promised a lot and had three and four thousand and five thousand attendees. They sold you a package of goods or video sets, book, you know, a hand book and then that was kind of the end of the support. Although there was probably an 800 number, you know to call for questions. But basically you were just buying a program. Then, there were people that had done it but that weren’t currently investing.

So, when I found Freedom Mentor I saw of course the videos of the other students and the history and Phil’s story. I just thought to myself, “How can I afford this and how can I make this part of my financial freedom plan?” So, after a few days I thought there’s just no way, I don’t know how I can do it. Something hit me after talking with one of the coordinators that how can I not afford this. I can not start a business or get a degree or go back to school or get any kind of certificate from you know a technical vocational school that was going to send my career to the next level that I had this vision for myself and the financial freedom for my family.

I started right away, of course followed the blue print. The training is very comprehensive. There’s many strategies that don’t get utilized in traditional investing. I’m just happy to say that I’m looking forward to 2017 and a great year. I have a goal to triple that amount of business because I think it’s very doable to do a deal a month, a deal every other month. It’s very possible. So, I just lastly want to say, you know, if you’re watching this video you’ve probably already found Freedom Mentor and you’ve done some research, but take action. Being that person that says, “I wish I could have,” or “I should have done that,” or “I’ve always wanted to.” I’m pleased to say that although it was quite, scary in the beginning you’ve got to take a leap of faith. You’ve got to take action in making a decision to go with Freedom Mentor’s one of the best I’ve ever made. I do tend to over think things but I’m very, very pleased that I took the action and moved forward. Thank you so much.
